We are doing it again! Alfie's Wish are taking over Parkrun at Ganger Park Sports Farm. Fun for everyone involved, you can run or walk the 5km route whilst supporting Alfie's Wish. So lace up those trainers, grab your family and friends, come on down and join us.

Q. Why is Alfie's Wish taking over parkrun?
As a local charity its important to give back to the local community. The previous takeover was such a success helping we decided to organise another parkrun TAKEOVER on this date.
Q. How can I support Alfie's Wish?
There are lots of ways you can support the charity:
* RUN - Sign up and take part in the event and spread awareness of our charity
* WEAR A CHARITY TOP - We would love as many runners/supporters wearing Alfie's Wish tops at this event if possible. We have various running tops for sale on our website shop page SHOP
* VOLUNTEER - if you would like to help Marshall at this parkrun please let us know (NB. u18's must have an adult)
* SIGN UP TO ABP SOUTHAMPTON ON 6TH APRIL - This is our biggest running event on the calendar. You can run anything from a marathon, half marathon, 10k or 5k and we are looking for runners to join our team and fundraise for us ABP Southampton 2025 - Full marathon, Half marathon, 10k and 5k | Alfie's Wish
* SUPPORT - We have lots of exciting events coming up in 2025 including a charity ball, dragon boat race, relay race and more. If you would like to donate, fundraise, volunteer or nominate your business to support us or anything else then please email events@alfieswish.org.uk
